School of Religion Registration Forms 2008-09 Registration forms are ready for pickup at either the church or school office. If you need them mailed to you please click here. All forms can be dropped off at either the Sacred Heart Church/School Book fees are due prior to classes starting. Checks can be mailed with registration forms, please make them out to Sacred Heart Church. If payment is not received by August 1st, an invoice will be mailed to you. *Please note: Payments for SOR book fees should be made separately from the tithing contributions and should be clearly marked or in a separate envelope noting the intentions of the check. If you have questions regarding the tithing requirements, please contact Tracie Kersey or a member of our Stewardship committee. We do not want to deny religious education in the event of financial difficulties, we will make every effort to help assist you. If you would like to use the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) form for easy monthly or weekly tithing contributions, please click here for downloadable form. If you missed it or misplaced it, you can now retrieve important papers that were sent home or mailed to parishioners regarding School of Religion.
