Spread the true joy of Christmas,
by participating in the
Annual Sacred Heart Angel Tree

 

This is our opportunity to provide a brighter Christmas to others in our community. Many needs have been brought our way. Through the love of Jesus, may we be able to help those of all ages in the following groups:

 

Foster Children. Johnson County Foster Kids, Inc. need our help in providing Christmas to children who were recently put into foster homes and will not receive gifts without our assistance. These children are from several local counties in Kansas.

 

School children. We have numerous families from Bonner Springs, Desoto (Shawnee) and Edwardsville.

 

Residents in the Bonner Springs/Edwardsville care facilities who do not receive gifts at Christmas

 

Rachel’s Tea House ministry for pregnant women and mothers. Advice & Aid needs our support with staples, so they can help women during the year.

 

The Angel Tree will be set up in the main entrance on the following weekends:

Here’s all you need to do:

 

• Select an Angel tag from the tree
• Buy the gift noted on the Angel tag and wrap your gift in Christmas paper, unless otherwise noted
• Tape your Angel tag to the wrapped package (IMPORTANT)
• Deliver the package to the tree by Noon on 2011 Date TBA (if you can not have it there by this date or are unable to purchase a gift from an angel taken, please call Carol Coyle at 441-1851)

 

As you purchase a gift or requested gift certificate, SCRIP may be beneficial. Sacred Heart receives a rebate through this program.
