The Southern Boundary is Gardner Rd. and W. 83rd Street in West Lenexa, east along W. 83rd Street to K-7 Hwy, then north along K-7 to W. 71st Street in West Shawnee, then east along W. 71st Street and continuing east along a straight line to the intersection of a north-south line from the level of 71st Street to the intersection of Barker Rd and Midland Dr. in West Shawnee.

The Western Boundary is 182nd Street and I-70 in Leavenworth County, south along 182nd Street to the Kansas River, then east along the river to a line consistent with Gardner Rd. in Johnson County, then south along Gardner Rd. to W. 83rd Street in West Lenexa.

The Eastern Boundary is along a north-south line beginning at the level of W. 71st Street in West Shawnee, north to the intersection of Barker Rd. and Midland Drive, then proceeding north along Barker Rd. to the intersection of Wilder Rd. and Holiday Drive, then straight north from the intersection of Wilder Rd. and Holiday Dr. along a straight line to the Kansas River.
