General Information |
Preparation for Confirmation typically begins during their middle school grades (6–8). A child can receive Confirmation during their Eighth grade year if they are attending a formal religious education program (SOR) or attending a Catholic school and has the recommendation by the Religious Education Director and Father Craig. Our Confirmation Team has an additional enrollment form that must be completed. Four to Five Workshops or Sessions are scheduled throughout the year to help prepare the Candidate and their Sponsor and are in addition to the regular religious education classes. The actual Confirmation date is scheduled by the Archdiocese office and is typical released to the Parishes in late October. Sacramental People! Chapter 1 |
