Announcing Sacred Heart’s Job Club:

Our newly formed job club is for networking and support for all those searching for work or seeking to change careers. It is open to all in the Kansas City metro area.

Maureen Reintjes will be facilitating the club:

We will meet every Friday morning from 8:30 – 9:30 in Church Meeting Room #2 which is located on the upper level of the Church building (north side).

Any parishioners who are in a position to hire or help network are encouraged to drop their business cards in the collection basket and/or contact one of the facilitators. Volunteer speakers are always needed who can address the group about career transition related topics (contact Maureen). If you know of anyone who is out of work, changing careers, or who may be facing a layoff in the near future, please let them know about the group.

We will not meet on the Friday before a holiday weekend, the Friday after Thanksgiving, the Friday after Christmas or on Good Friday.

During inclement weather check the above calendar to see if meeting has been cancelled. It's safe to say that if the Johnson County, KS Catholic schools are closed we will not be meeting.
