The following list of names is the same list that prints weekly in the Sunday bulletin. Dear Sacred Heart Parish Family, In the Letter of St. James we are reminded how we are called to pray for the sick of the Church. Our parish community has a long tradition of remembering those who have asked for prayers by placing their names in the bulletin and now also on the online web page. Quarterly, we will update the bulletin and the web page prayer list by removing all names and ask you to please contact Maureen Reintjes at mreintjes@sacredheartwyjo.org or phone her at the parish office 913.422.5700, ext. 250 to have names added. Generally when someone is placed on the parish prayer list not all of the names represent our parishioners and we have no way of knowing of their conditions. If you see someone's name on the bulletin list that is doing better and is out of the hospital, etc. please let us know by calling the Parish office or emailing mreintjes@sacredheartwyjo.org so we can take their name off. Thank you!
If your loved one has been removed from the prayer list in error, please contact the Parish Office at 422-5700. Besides our "Pray for the Sick" list of names, Sacred Heart also has a Prayer Phone Line Ministry. If you are in need of a quick power of prayer, Sacred Heart's Prayer Phone Line Ministry can have around approximately 100 prayer volunteers in a very short time, either by phone or through an email distribution list praying for your needs.
