Sacred Heart's Scrip Program

To get a rebate, place an order online at Shopwithscrip.com (directions are below), pick up and pay for your order after any weekend Mass or at the school office during the week. If you request (Sacred Heart School students) sending the order home in your student's backpack, please pay ASAP for your order through the school either through the office or the backpacks - ATTN: SCRIP clearly marked. Orders will not be distributed without payment.

Semi-annually, you will receive a rebate good for future scrip purchases for all paid orders placed through www.shopwithscrip.com. The rebate will be 25% of the discount retailers offer. For example, for retailers offering a 25% discount, you will receive a rebate of 6.25 % and for retailers offering a discount of 1.5%, you will receive a rebate of 0.375%. Another example: Jose Pepper's offers a 10% discount. If you purchase $100.00 of Jose Pepper's certificates, you will receive 25% of the 10% discount, $100.00 X 10% X 25% = $2.50 YOU EARN

Only orders placed through www.shopwithscrip.com are eligible for the rebate.

Getting Started At ShopWithScrip.com
ShopWithScrip.com
 is the new online ordering system that Sacred Heart will use to gather your scrip orders. This new site offers you convenience – you can now order scrip from any internet-connected computer at home, school or office.

Who can use ShopWithScrip?

Any family can use ShopWithScrip – however, to place orders, you have to create a free account at ShopWithScrip.com and identify yourself as a member of Sacred Heart with the enrollment code shown below.


How to register

  • To register with ShopWithScrip, first open up your web browser, and go to www.shopwithscrip.com.
  • To register a new account, go to the orange Member’s Login box on the right side, and click “Not a member? - Click Here.”
  • Follow the simple registration instructions and accept the terms and conditions of using the site.

The next screen you will see is called “join an organization”. Before you can place an order, you must join Sacred Heart by entering Sacred Heart’s enrollment. The enrollment code is listed below - by associating this code with your newly-created account, the ShopWithScrip system will associate your shopping activity with our non-profit organization.

  

Using ShopWithScrip.com

You can manage your account through the Account Dashboard. To access your Dashboard, click on the fifth tab, “My Account”, at the top of any page.

From here, you can check your account activity, change your profile and password, add, remove, and modify organizations you belong to and read coordinator and site announcements.

Ordering Scrip
To order scrip, navigate to the order page by clicking “Order Scrip” at the top of any page

ShopWithScrip has hundreds of different retail brands, so the order page organizes products by category. Some categories may have several pages of selections. To find a product, jump to the appropriate section, or enter all or part of the retailer name in the search box. You can also download a complete list of all products as a handy reference.

Select items and quantities on the worksheet, and press the “add to cart” button to add them to your shopping cart. Click the “check out” button when you have completed your selections. Review your order, and press the “finish” button to submit your order.

Finally, you will see an “order confirmation page”. Print this order confirmation page, and submit it with your payment. This order confirmation page will also give you the opportunity to tell us how you would like to receive your order.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Monday for items not on hand will be available by Noon on Friday of the following week.

Summer Movie Pass- 2008

The popular Dickinson Summer Movie Program is back. For $10 you get a pass with 8 entrances to second run G & PG movies at all KC area Dickinson Theaters. Sacred Heart earns $4 from every pass sold. Tickets are available at the scrip table after every weekend Mass and at the school and church office during the week.

Ministry Description:

Committee that informs parishioners how their everyday purchases can benefit the parish. Visit the Scrip table after weekend Masses to purchase Scrip or stop by the school office on weekdays during the school year. When the school office is closed you may purchase Scrip in the parish office located on the lower level of the church building.
