Sacred Heart is cancelling our Vacation Bible School session, "SONRISE," scheduled for June 11-15, 2012 due to a lack of volunteer leadership. We will be reimbursing parents for paid registrations over the next couple of weeks.
Meanwhile, we are in the process of scheduling the Totus Tuus, "Totally Yours," summer Catholic youth program for June of 2013. Totus Tuus is dedicated to sharing the Gospel and promoting the Catholic faith through evangelization, catechesis, Christian witness and Eucharistic worship. Totus Tuus calls upon college students and seminarians from the Archdiocese and across the United States to carry this mission to every young person they encounter in our parish ministry. This program will include a dynamic daytime program for youth going into grades 1-6, and an energetic evening program for students going into grades 7-12. Regina Utter will continue to be the Ministry Lead over this summer formation opportunity for our youth.
